HELP CENTER
The Pulse Club app
Pulse Club is a mobile application that gives you convenient access to various Pulse services directly from your phone.
I can't sign in to the app.
To register for the Pulse Club app, you do not need to be a club member, but you may not have access to services that are available to customers with an active subscription.
Common causes and solutions:
• Email or password not recognized: use the "Forgot password" function.
• The application crashes or closes: delete the application and reinstall it.
• Technical issue: close the app completely several times and try again.
• If the problem persists, contact the Pulse call center on 0700 44 044.
Pulse Club app features
The application includes:
• digital access to some clubs
• group training reservations
• personal training reservations
• membership freeze
• personal data management
• news, promotions, events
• Real-time notifications for changed schedules, confirmed reservations, and account changes
• information about club activities
This completely replaces the need to physically check schedules on site.
Notification management
• You can set your notification preferences from Profile, then select Agreements and Consents and check/uncheck the notifications you want/don't want to receive.
• Choose between:
• Email: sent to your registered email address.
• SMS: sent to your mobile number.
• Push: sent to any device where the app is installed and push notifications are enabled
We recommend that you have at least one type of notification enabled (sms, push or email) to receive timely updates on reservations, reminders and changes to waiting lists, and any other information to have all three types of notifications.
Can I freeze or terminate my membership through the app?
• Yes – you can freeze your club membership for a period of 1 month by prepaying the monthly fee for the month after the freeze, so that there are no interruptions to your club membership. If you wish to freeze for a longer period of time, please contact our colleagues at the reception or call 0700 44 044 for assistance.
• Yes — you can cancel your club membership through the Pulse Club mobile app if your subscription was started after September 15, 2025 under the new Pulse terms and conditions. If your membership was started before this date, you must complete a cancellation request at the reception desk at the facility you are visiting.
Group training (GT)
Pulse offers a diverse selection of group workouts led by certified instructors and held in specialized gyms. To ensure equal access for all members and to maintain high quality and safety during visits, the following rules apply:
Right to reservation.
All active Pulse members must reserve their spot through the Pulse Club app to benefit from free access to group workouts.
Your access to classes is dependent on your membership being active, valid, and free of any restrictions imposed due to violations.
If you are not a Pulse club member, you can pay for a one-time group workout.
Number of reservations allowed
• You can make 1 reservation per day for a group activity.
• You are not allowed to book more than one activity in overlapping hours.
• The system automatically prevents reservations that would violate these rules.
This limits abuses and ensures fair access to activities.
How to make a reservation
Reservations can only be made through the Pulse Club app:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Select “Group Training” from the main menu.
3. Select a club, day and time.
4. Confirm the reservation.
Upon successful registration, you will receive confirmation.
How do I search for a specific activity?
Use the "Filter" button in the class schedule to search by facility, class name, coach, and date.
The results are filtered according to the selected club.
Waiting list
If an activity is full:
• You can join a waiting list.
• You will receive a notification if a space becomes available.
• You must confirm participation within a certain time window.
• If you do not confirm, the spot goes to the next person on the list.
The waiting list is automated and the reception cannot influence or rearrange the order.
Cancel a reservation
You can cancel your reservation:
• up to 24 hours in advance
Cancellation after this period expires is considered a ‚ and is entered into the system as a no-show.
Consequences of failure to appear
If you:
• don't show up
• or you do not cancel your reservation on time (within 24 hours)
the system registers a "no-show".
In case of 3 consecutive absences:
• Your booking rights are limited for 1 month
• During this period you:
o you can visit the club, but
o you cannot book group training sessions
• Your rights are automatically restored after the expiration date
This policy is designed to ensure that seats are used by members who will actually attend.
Arriving for class
Recommended arrival
• You must arrive 15 minutes before the class starts.
This gives you enough time to prepare and safely take up space.

• If you are late and the class has already started, the instructor has the right to restrict your entry so that there is no interruption that would create discomfort for the other participants.
• If you are more than a few minutes late, your seat may be given to a member on the waiting list.
• Being late is NOT considered a no-show if you are allowed into the studio, but it may affect the quality and safety of the workout.
• It is recommended that you make a reservation for a group activity before visiting the club via the Pulse Club app – if you do not do so before entering the club, the trainer must confirm your presence on site. Through the Pulse Club app, upon entering the club, your place is automatically confirmed.
