Total Body Transformation is a fitness program with elements of aerobics and strength exercises using weights. It resembles a classic fitness workout, but in a condensed and much more intense form. Light bars, dumbbells, your own weight and a wide step platform are used to perform cardio and strength exercises at high speeds to the rhythm of fast music.
During the group class, you will encounter many of the exercises you did at the club. Squats with a barbell or dumbbell, bench press, lunges with additional weight - the advantage here is that you do it with more people around you who are at your physical level and skills.
