The movements in a Tabata circuit will get your heart rate up in no time! The workout is divided into clearly defined intervals. The exercises last 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Eight consecutive repetitions and rests constitute one 4-minute Tabata circuit. Squats, push-ups, burpees, mountain climbers, running in place, sprints and crunches are an integral part here.
